Oil sheets (cold sheets)

These sheets are highly flexible, therefore; they can expand in the cold rolling process under pressure and. They are 0.30 to 3 mm thick and 100 to 125 mm wide. These sheets are divided into three categories, which are: • Ordinary sheets with ST12 standard • Semi-tensile sheets with ST13 standard • Ultra-stretch sheets with ST14 standard

Black sheets (hot sheets)

Black sheets are produced applying hot rolling on ingots, billets, and iron pellets with fire heat and they are produced in different types according to the amount of carbon used in them. These sheets range from ST33 to ST52, meaning ST33 has the lowest hardness and ST52 has the highest hardness and does not tolerate any bending. These sheets are 1.5 to 15 mm thick in two types of rolls and fabrics.

Galvanized sheets or white sheets

These products are oil sheets on which a layer of zinc metal is placed, and the higher the amount of this metal on the oily sheets, the higher the resistance of the product will be against rust. The zinc coating is usually between 100 and 350 microns. Galvanized sheets are produced and supplied at a thickness of 0.18 to 6 mm, which are mainly supplied in rolls. The weight of the rolls is between 5 to 7 tons, depending on the thickness of the sheet. These sheets can be used in the automotive industry, agriculture, roof racks, construction of tanks and storage barrels, etc.

Colored sheets

Colored sheets are steel sheets which are sprayed with paint in the furnace. Their thickness is between 0.2 to 0.7 mm. The thickness of the paint layer on the surface is between 20 to 25 microns and on the back surface is between 7 to 15 microns. This product is produced and supplied in 16 colors according to the international standards. Colored sheets are often used in roofs, sheds and interior and exterior design of the buildings, so these sheets have the forms of shutters, chandeliers, pottery, crescent, sine, trapezoid and gable.

Acid-washed sheets

Removing the grease and impurities on the surface of the sheets by hydrochloric acid, Acid-washed sheets are produced. These sheets are 1.5 to 6 mm thick and are produced in two types, rolls and fabrics. They are used in the rim, car chassis and shipbuilding industries.
